Our towers are engineered to withstand up to 168 tons of tension, and our cables and harnesses are built to support up to 17.5 tons of weight. Our park was designed and built by architect José Pizarro, an internationally recognized expert for having designed over 150 zip line parks across 12 countries. Pizarro has set 3 Guinness World Records, including the longest zip line in the world in Dubai, with an impressive length of 9,184 feet.

For safety reasons, the use of cameras, cell phones, and/or any electronic device with a camera is strictly prohibited during the activity. HANDS-FREE CAMERAS SUCH AS A GOPRO ARE ALLOWED.
We have adopted a no-camera and no-phone policy due to safety concerns, as all our experiences take place outdoors and involve a certain level of interaction and risk. Our main priority is ensuring the safety of our clients.
We also offer private tours where cameras and phones are allowed, as they do not compromise the safety or quality experience of other participants.Minimum age to ride: 8 years old (at least 1.20 m tall)

- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the activity: the deposit is refundable, minus administrative fees if applicable.

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the activity: the payment may be refundable, minus administrative fees if applicable.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity, late arrivals, or no-show: there are no refunds or changes.
- Cancellations due to operational or weather-related causes: full refund or change of date without penalty, subject to availability.
- In cancellations made with the purpose of receiving a discount published after the original purchase, a 20% penalty will apply.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, regardless of the purchase date.
