• The park entrance fee applies to all tours: $25 USD per person.
• Optional vehicle protection will be offered on some tours. If you choose to decline coverage, you must present a credit card for a temporary hold, which will be released at the end of the tour if no damages occur.
• Photo package

For driving activities, the minimum age is generally 16 years old with a valid driver’s license and accompanied by an adult.

Activity Requirements

• Camel Ride: Minimum riding age is 5 years old.
• Horseback Riding: Minimum age is 7 years old and maximum age is 70 years old.
• UTV: Minimum passenger age is 5 years old.
• ATV: Minimum passenger age is 7 years old.
• Bicycles: Minimum height required is 1.20 meters (3.9 ft).
• Mini RZR: Minimum passenger age is 7 years old and minimum driving age is 10 years old.

Children’s pricing applies up to 11 years old.

Guests aged 12 and older must pay the adult rate.

Weight Restrictions

• UTV: Guests must properly fit the seatbelt to participate.
• Horseback Riding: Maximum weight is 110 kg (240 lbs).
• Camel Ride: Maximum weight is 125 kg (270 lbs).
• Bicycles: Maximum weight is 400 lbs excluding the bicycle weight.
• Sky Bikes: Guests must properly fit the safety equipment to participate. Maximum weight is 136 kg (300 lbs).
  

   

Restrictions

• Guests with back or neck problems may not participate.
• Pregnant guests may not participate in activities. Please notify us at the time of booking.
• For safety reasons, only GoPro-style cameras are allowed.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will not be allowed to participate in any activity.

For the safety of all guests, please be advised that the ocean conditions along the Cactus Tours property are extremely dangerous and not suitable for swimming or water entry. This area is known for strong currents, powerful waves, and hazardous underwater conditions.

While beaches in Mexico are public, Cactus Tours does not permit guests to enter the ocean at any time during their visit or while participating in any tour or activity.

By entering the ocean:

• You acknowledge that you are doing so entirely at your own risk.
• You agree that Cactus Tours, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners assume no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident, loss, or death resulting from ocean entry.

Enforcement Policy

For the safety of all participants and to maintain operational control:

• Any guest who enters the ocean will have their tour or activity immediately terminated without refund.
• Transportation back to the main facility or exit point will be arranged at the discretion of Cactus Tours staff.
• Re-entry into any activity will not be permitted.

Acknowledgment

By participating in any Cactus Tours experience, guests acknowledge that they have been informed of this policy and agree to comply fully.
