What are the tour schedules?
Fixed Schedule: 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM.
Seasonal Additional Times: 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
We are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas: Carretera Federal 19 KM 100 Migriño, 23597 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S.
What are the possible additional check-in charges?
Park entrance fee per person (Mandatory) $25 USD is not included and must be paid at check-in.
Optional protection benefit: The vehicle you drive will be covered for damage to it in case of accidents caused by you, as well as damage caused by your ATV and/or UTV to another vehicle. If you wish to decline this coverage, you must bring a credit card for a hold that will be released at the end of the tour if there is no damage.
The cost varies depending on the vehicle purchased:
- Single ATV / Kora: $29 USD
- Automatic or Double ATV: $40.6USD
- Side by Side: $52.2 USD
- Maverick X3: $69.6 USD
- Maverick RC: $87 USD
Optional vehicle upgrade: The reception staff can provide a more powerful and comfortable vehicle for an additional fee.
Optional private tour: $174 USD for 1-4 people, $40.6 USD per person for groups of 5 or more.
What is included in the general tour package?
Each package includes round-trip transportation, tequila tasting, childcare for children from 6 months to 12 years old, lockers for your belongings, safety equipment, medical attention with 24-hour nursing and ambulance, spectacular facilities, exceptional quality service and, on selected tours, a delicious buffet and water to refresh you on your trip.
Available for purchase: park entry, photos, souvenirs, alcoholic beverages, private tour, protection benefit, vehicle upgrade, tequila, food (unless specified in your tour).

Cost: $174 USD for 1-4 people, $40.6 USD per person for groups of 5 or more.
Access to cell phones, drones, and cameras is allowed.
Who cannot participate in the tours?
- Individuals with back or neck issues
- Anyone with recent surgeries
- Those under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Pregnant women
- Height and weight limits for some tours. See specific tours for more details.
Is the use of cameras and cell phones allowed on the tour?
- Hands-free cameras are allowed.We have adopted a no-camera and no-cell-phone policy for safety reasons, as all our experiences are outdoors and involve a certain level of interaction and risk, so we strive to ensure the safety of our guests. We also offer private tours where access is permitted, as this does not jeopardize the health or quality time of other participants.
How long do the activities last?
Regular activities offer a total experience of 2 hours.
Combos, on the other hand, offer 1 hour of experience per activity.
Are food and beverages available?
Yes, we have a full café with healthy food, fast food, vegan options, and a bar available for purchase. (If your excursion does not include food, you can pay $20 USD per person)
What is the minimum age, weight and height for tours?
Camel:
- Minimum age: 5 years.
- Maximum weight: 125 kg (27o lb).
Horses:
- Minimum age: 6 years.
- Maximum weight: 110 kg (240lb).
UTV:
- Passanger age: from 5 years
- Driver age: from 16 years with license (accompanied by an adult).
- Maximum weight: 125 kg (270 lb).
- Minimum height: 1.20 m
- Note: Minimum height is the main requirement to participate.
ATV:
- Passanger age: from 7 years
- Driver: from 16 years with license (accompanied by an adult).
- Maximum weight: 125 kg (270 lb).
- Minimum height: 1.2 m
- Note: Minimum height is the main requirement to participate.
Mini RZR:
- Passanger age: from 8 years
- Driver age: from 10 years
Sky Bikes:
- Minimum age: 8 years.
- Maximum weight: 120 kg (264 lb).
- Minimum height: 1.2 m
Balandra Combo:
- Minimum age: Depends on the activity included in the combo (specific restrictions apply for each tour).
- If unable to participate in activities, remain in the Kids Club:
Minimum age: 6 months - Note: When participating in any activity, the child must meet all age, height, and weight requirements corresponding to that tour.
Kids Club:
- Minimum age: 6 months
- Note: Applies only to children who do not participate in activities.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the activity: the deposit is refundable, minus administrative fees if applicable.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the activity: the deposit is non-refundable.
Fully paid activities:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the activity: the payment may be refundable, minus administrative fees if applicable.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity, late arrivals, or no-show: there are no refunds or changes.

Cancellations due to operational or weather-related causes: full refund or change of date without penalty, subject to availability.

In cancellations made with the purpose of receiving a discount published after the original purchase, a 20% penalty will apply.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, regardless of the purchase date.
What if my child is below the minimum age?
The Cactus Kids Club is available for children from 6 months to 12 years, offering activities such as cake decorating, ceramic painting, board games, iPads, Xbox, cinema, and more. Free for parents taking a tour. Staff are certified in CPR.
Do you offer private transfers?
Yes, private round-trip transfers are available:

What are the security policies?
For the safety of all guests, please be advised that the ocean conditions along the Cactus Tours property are extremely dangerous and not suitable for swimming or water entry. This area is known for strong currents, powerful waves, and hazardous underwater conditions.
While beaches in Mexico are public, Cactus Tours does not permit guests to enter the ocean at any time during their visit or while participating in any tour or activity.
By entering the ocean:
- You acknowledge that you are doing so entirely at your own risk.
- You agree that Cactus Tours, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners assume no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident, loss, or death resulting from ocean entry.
Enforcement Policy
For the safety of all participants and to maintain operational control:
- Any guest who enters the ocean will have their tour or activity immediately terminated without refund.
- Transportation back to the main facility or exit point will be arranged at the discretion of Cactus Tours staff.
- Re-entry into any activity will not be permitted.
Acknowledgment
By participating in any Cactus Tours experience, guests acknowledge that they have been informed of this policy and agree to comply fully.
