• Park entrance fee applies to all tours: $25 USD.
• Optional vehicle protection benefit will be offered on some of the tours. If you choose to decline, you must bring a credit card for a hold that will be released at the end of the tour if there are no damages.

• To drive in general, the minimum age is 16 years with a license and accompanied by an adult.
  UTV: Minimum age to be a passenger is 5 years.
  The child price applies up to 11 years old. Children aged 12 and older will have to pay the adult price.

• Maximum weights:

  UTV: Your seat belt must fit to be able to carry out the activity.
  Maximum weight: 125 kg. (275 pounds)

• Restrictions: People with back or neck problems cannot participate. If you are pregnant, you cannot participate in the activity; please let us know at the time of booking. For safety reasons, the use of cameras or cell phones is not allowed. People under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance cannot participate in any of the activities.

• For safety reasons, the use of cameras, cell phones, and/or any electronic devices with a camera is strictly prohibited during public tours. HANDS-FREE CAMERAS SUCH AS GOPRO ARE ALLOWED. We have adopted a no-camera and no-cell-phone policy due to safety concerns, as all our experiences take place outdoors and involve a level of interaction and risk. Our priority is ensuring the safety of our guests.
  We also offer private tours where such devices are permitted, as they do not compromise the safety or quality experience of other participants.

• NOT SUITABLE for pregnant women.
• NOT SUITABLE for individuals under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. (A breathalyzer test may be required.)
• Minimum driving age: 16 years old (valid ID may be required).
• NOT SUITABLE for individuals with back problems and/or recent surgeries.

For the safety of all guests, please be advised that the ocean conditions along the Cactus Tours property are extremely dangerous and not suitable for swimming or water entry. This area is known for strong currents, powerful waves, and hazardous underwater conditions.

While beaches in Mexico are public, Cactus Tours does not permit guests to enter the ocean at any time during their visit or while participating in any tour or activity.

By entering the ocean:

• You acknowledge that you are doing so entirely at your own risk.
• You agree that Cactus Tours, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners assume no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident, loss, or death resulting from ocean entry.

Enforcement Policy

For the safety of all participants and to maintain operational control:

• Any guest who enters the ocean will have their tour or activity immediately terminated without refund.
• Transportation back to the main facility or exit point will be arranged at the discretion of Cactus Tours staff.
• Re-entry into any activity will not be permitted.
