At Cactus Tours, we want you to make the most of every moment. Stay in the park as long as you like and decide the order of your activities. Each experience lasts approximately 1 hour and can be done once per Day Pass.

Each park entry requires an additional fee of $25 USD per day.

- Park entrance fee applies to all tours: $25 USD.
- Optional  vehicle protection benefit will be offered on some of the tours. If you choose to decline, you must bring a credit card for a hold that will be released at the end of the tour if there are no damages.Â

- To drive in general, the minimum age is 16 years with a license and accompanied by an adult.
Camel: Minimum age required to ride is 5 years.
Horses: Minimum age required to ride is 7 years and the maximum is 70 years.
UTV: Minimum age to be a passenger is 5 years.
ATV: Minimum age to be a passenger is 7 years.
Sky Bikes: Minimum age to be a passenger is 8 years.
Mini RZR: Minimum age to be a passenger is 8 years and to drive the minimum age is 10 years. The child price applies up to 11 years old. Children aged 12 and older will have to pay the adult price.
- Maximum weights:
UTV: The safety belt must fit to carry out the activity. Maximum weight for horse riding: 110 kg (240 pounds). Maximum weight for camel riding: 125 kg (270 pounds). Sky Bikes: The safety equipment must fit to carry out the activity. Maximum weight for riding: 136 kg (300 pounds).Â
- Restrictions: People with back or neck problems cannot participate. If you are pregnant, you cannot participate in the activity; please let us know at the time of booking. For safety reasons, the use of cameras or cell phones is not allowed. People under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance cannot participate in any of the activities.

- Payment method
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the activity: the deposit is refundable, minus administrative fees if applicable.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the activity: the deposit is non-refundable.
Fully paid activities:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the activity: the payment may be refundable, minus administrative fees if applicable.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity, late arrivals, or no-show: there are no refunds or changes.
- Cancellations due to operational or weather-related causes: full refund or change of date without penalty, subject to availability.
- In cancellations made with the purpose of receiving a discount published after the original purchase, a 20% penalty will apply.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, regardless of the purchase date.
