Approximate Itinerary
9:00 a.m. – Arrival at Cactus Tours
Upon arrival at our facilities, guests will complete check-in and enjoy an included breakfast before beginning the adventure.
Guests will also receive a box lunch specially prepared for the Playa Balandra excursion.
10:00 – 10:15 a.m.
Departure from Cactus Tours to Playa Balandra.
12:00 – 2:00 p.m. – Playa Balandra
Free time to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico.
During your visit, you can:

- Visit the famous Balandra Mushroom Rock
- Take incredible photos
- Explore the surrounding area

4:00 p.m. – Adventure at Cactus Tours
Upon returning, you’ll be able to choose one included activity to complete your experience:

- Can-Am UTV
- ATV Ride
For off-road activities, vehicle insurance is optional.
To finish your adventure, enjoy a tequila tasting experience as the perfect ending to an unforgettable day.

- The park entrance fee applies to all tours: $25 USD per person.
- Optional vehicle protection will be offered on some tours. If you choose to decline coverage, you must present a credit card for a temporary hold, which will be released at the end of the tour if no damages occur.

Age Requirements
Vehicle Driving (General): Minimum age is 16 years old. For participants under 18, an adult is required to sign the waiver on their behalf.
Camel Ride: Minimum age of 5 years.
Horseback Riding: Minimum age of 6 years and maximum age of 70 years. Minimum height: 1.20 m (3 ft 11 in).
UTV: Minimum age as a passenger is 5 years. Minimum height: 1.20 m (3 ft 11 in).
- Children’s participation is subject to an on-site fit test before the activity.
- To participate, the child must:
- Keep their back fully against the seat.
- Place their feet firmly on the vehicle’s floor.
- Properly reach and hold the hand grips.
- If any of these requirements are not met, the child will not be allowed to participate in the activity. Height alone does not determine whether a child can participate in the tour.
ATV: Minimum age as a passenger is 5 years. Minimum height: 1.20 m (3 ft 11 in).
Sky Bikes: Minimum age of 8 years. Minimum height: 1.20 m (3 ft 11 in).
Mini RZR: Minimum passenger age is 10Â years. Minimum driving age is 10 years.
Child Rate: Applies to children 11 years old and under. Participants 12 years and older are charged the adult rate.
Weight Limits
UTV: The seat belt must fit properly in order to participate.
Horseback Riding: Maximum weight: 110 kg (240 lb).
Camel Ride: Maximum weight: 125 kg (270 lb).
Sky Bikes: Maximum weight: 120 kg (264 lb). Safety equipment must fit properly in order to participate.
Restrictions
For the safety of all participants:
Guests with back or neck problems are not permitted to participate.
Pregnant women are not permitted to participate. Please let us know at the time of booking.
For safety reasons, the use of cameras, cell phones, or any other electronic devices is not permitted during the activity.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances are not permitted to participate in any activity.

For the safety of all guests, please be advised that the ocean conditions along the Cactus Tours property are extremely dangerous and not suitable for swimming or water entry. This area is known for strong currents, powerful waves, and hazardous underwater conditions.
While beaches in Mexico are public, Cactus Tours does not permit guests to enter the ocean at any time during their visit or while participating in any tour or activity.
By entering the ocean:
- You acknowledge that you are doing so entirely at your own risk.
- You agree that Cactus Tours, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners assume no responsibility or liability for any injury, accident, loss, or death resulting from ocean entry.
Enforcement Policy
For the safety of all participants and to maintain operational control:
- Any guest who enters the ocean will have their tour or activity immediately terminated without refund.
- Transportation back to the main facility or exit point will be arranged at the discretion of Cactus Tours staff.
- Re-entry into any activity will not be permitted.
Acknowledgment
By participating in any Cactus Tours experience, guests acknowledge that they have been informed of this policy and agree to comply fully.
Due to company policy/security reasons, Cactus Tours reserves the right of admission.
We want you to have clarity and flexibility when booking:
- More than 48 hours before the activity (full payments): refund possible (less any applicable administrative fees).
- Less than 48 hours before the activity, late arrivals, or no-shows: no refunds or changes.
- Weather or operational issues: full refund or date change without penalty (subject to availability).
- Changes due to subsequent promotions: a 20% penalty applies.
